Studying is dangerous! One idea leads to another and another, and before you know it you’ve spent the night looking up things that have almost nothing to do with your original subject. Though time consuming, these mad binges can offer a depth of information which on occasion may tangentially grant you a new perspective on the issue. At the very least, a waste of time isn’t necessarily a waste of time.
